The Rasterbator (SOUND LIKE MASTURBATOR!!) is a brilliant application that creates huge, rasterized images from any picture. All you have to do is upload an image, print the resulting multi-page pdf file and assemble the pages into a beautiful (or disturbing - it all depends on your original image choice) poster that can be up to 20 meters in size.
It's relatively easy to use. You can either upload a file from your computer or use any file that is publicly available on the Internet. You will need a modern browser (Mozilla or Firefox are recommended) with Macromedia Flash Player 7 and you will need Adobe Reader (or other pdf viewer) in order to print the image. After you have cropped the image and selected a desired size, the rasterbated image will be sent to you as an easily printable pdf file.
